John Woo’s action classic Hard Boiled explodes onto the Imprint Asia collection on 4K UHD & Blu-ray!

One of the most iconic entries in the Golden Princess pantheon, this non-stop guns-blazing gauntlet brought big-screen action to a whole new level, often lauded as “Woo's masterpiece … an action film to end all action films” (Boston Herald).

Hard Boiled saw Woo continue his collaboration with actor Chow Yun-fat, also reuniting with Tony Leung Chiu-wai (Bullet in the Head) and working with Teresa Mo and Philip Chan for the first time.

A cop who loses his partner in a shoot-out with gun smugglers goes on a mission to catch them. In order to get closer to the leaders of the ring, he joins forces with an undercover cop who’s working as a gangster hitman. They use all means of excessive force to find them.
